Terms of Purchase
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding document for both parties, setting out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store “Luxury Wild Deer”
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, provided a delivery address, selected a payment method, reviewed these Terms, and clicked the “Buy” button.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. When ordering goods in the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store, the Buyer must provide the information requested during purchase: first name, last name, address, and email address.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data at the time of purchase.
2.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their personal data will be processed for order fulfillment purposes. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary to complete the order may be sent to the email address provided.
2.4. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the Buyer has given explicit consent.
2.5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except where required by competent state authorities under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the Buyer’s separate written consent.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.
3.2. The Buyer must provide complete, detailed, and accurate information in the checkout form. If inaccurate, false, or misleading data is provided, “Luxury Wild Deer” has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.
3.3. If the Buyer’s details change after submitting the purchase form, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement in accordance with the provisions set out in the Returns Policy.
3.5. By placing an order in the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions necessary for the proper use of the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store services.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the stability or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy and not to transfer personal information provided in the purchase form to third parties.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the online store due to important circumstances without prior notice.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally amend these Terms.
4.7. If the Buyer continues to use the services of “Luxury Wild Deer” after amendments to the Terms, it is deemed that the Buyer has accepted the changes.
5. Ordering, Prices, Payment Procedure, and Deadlines
5.1. The Buyer may purchase goods online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
5.2. Orders are accepted only through the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store.
5.3. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT, and may also be displayed in other currencies including VAT.
5.4. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment will be prepared only after payment has been received.
5.5. If payment is not made within 2 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.
6. Delivery of Goods
6.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods and they are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to raise claims against the Seller regarding delivery to an improper recipient.
6.3. Goods are dispatched within 2–3 business days from payment confirmation.
6.4. The Seller shall not be liable for delays in delivery if goods are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if incorrect goods are received, if the quantity is incorrect, or if the product set is incomplete.
6.6. The Buyer must provide the Seller with photos of the damaged shipment and/or goods via email.
7. Product Quality and Guarantees
7.1. All product information is provided in the product descriptions in the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store.
7.2. The quantities shown in product images may not correspond to the price (e.g., images may display multiple items while the price refers to a single unit). Measurement units are specified in the product description. Product colors may slightly differ depending on the Buyer’s monitor.
7.3. The Seller may provide a quality guarantee for certain products, the specific term and conditions of which are indicated in the product description.
8. Marketing and Information
8.1. The Seller may organize promotions and special offers in the “Luxury Wild Deer” online store.
8.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change or cancel promotional conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect from the moment of modification or cancellation.
8.3. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer via the email address provided in the purchase form.
8.4. The Buyer may send all notifications and inquiries using the contact details provided in the “Contact” section of the online store.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive informational or confirmation messages due to internet connection issues, email service provider disruptions, messages being directed to spam folders, or incorrectly provided data.
8.6. The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions set out in Clause 2.4 of these Terms.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
9.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these Terms. Any disputes arising from their implementation shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
