Refund Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
1.1. Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods.”
1.2. Returned goods must be sent by registered mail. The tracking number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.
1.3. The Buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs when returning or exchanging non-defective goods.
1.4. The Buyer may return goods within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery by informing the Seller via email and providing photos and/or videos of the product and/or shipment describing the issue.
1.5. Returned goods must be in their original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same condition and complete set as received, and must not have lost their commercial appearance (e.g., intact labels, protective films not removed, etc.). A printed proof of purchase (order confirmation or payment copy) must be included with the returned goods.
1.6. When returning non-defective goods, only the amount paid for the goods will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
1.7. If the Buyer receives the wrong product, the Seller undertakes to replace it with the correct item. If the required item is unavailable, the Seller will refund the full amount paid (including the product price and actual shipping costs incurred).
1.8. If a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with an identical item or refund the Buyer.
1.9. The Buyer may return defective goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery by informing the Seller via email and providing photos and/or videos of the defective product and/or shipment describing the issue.
1.10. Returned defective goods must be in their original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same condition and complete set as received, and must not have lost their commercial appearance (e.g., intact labels, protective films not removed, etc.). A printed proof of purchase must be included.
1.11. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned goods if the Buyer does not comply with the return procedures set out in Clauses 1.4–1.5 and 1.9–1.10 of these Rules.
1.12. If the product was purchased using a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if applicable) will be refunded.
1.13. If the Buyer returns a product purchased at a discount, the refunded amount will correspond to the discounted price paid.
2. Final Provisions
2.1. These Return Rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to these Rules. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
